This week will be all about television production. In collaboration with Copenhagen TV Festival, we will host three completely sold out events, which first of all celebrate the new season of the TV series "Top of The Lake".

We have invited the Oscar-winning creator of the TV series, Jane Campion, to Copenhagen, who will together with the American author Richard Price (“The Wire” and “The Night Of”) share their professionel and personal experiences at two master classes at The Danish Film School Wednesday, August 16th. The audience is a select group of creative film and television people from across the Nordic region.

In addition, we have exclusive Northern European premiere on the complete second season of "Top of the Lake: China Girl" in the Grand Theater the previous day. Here, Jane Campion will be presenting together with Danish actor David Dencik, who plays one of the main caracters in the series.

As a final celebration and tribute to the new season, we start of the Copenhagen TV Festival with an Opening Night, where Jane Campion is honorary guest and presents the first two episodes of "Top of The Lake: China Girl".

This year we have chosen a new venue for the Opening Night, and moved from the American ambassador, Rufus Gifford's, residence to the Royal Playhouse. We have, however, taken care of maintaining the exclusive and grand format, as her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary, together with 600 other happy, publicly known and unknown guests will fill the theatre hall.

We are honored by the interest of our events and are happy for all the support and kindness we have experienced from our sponsors and partners. Many thanks to all of you. It's great to do something that the people of the industry want to participate in and be a part of - It only boosts our motivation for future events!
